Dave Newell is on a mission to align the misaligned. As the founder of Evolve Leadership Consulting, he helps entrepreneurial leaders scale their businesses using the Five Facets of Business™ — a proven operating system built to bring strategy and operations into sync.
Over the last decade, Dave has partnered with more than 150 businesses and 1,000+ leaders, helping them build companies that grow sustainably and operate with clarity, even when they step away from the day-to-day. His work sits at the intersection of leadership, systems, and sustainable growth — and he’s just getting started.

General Manager
Hannah is a master at following-through, leading groups of people, and making sure all the details are in line. She has served as a General Manager in start-ups, a Producer on film sets, continues to pursue Acting (she's been in several films and shows!), and has a strong ability to connect with people from all walks of life. On our team, she supports clients through the development of systems and processes, coaching, and providing the glue for our office.
