Our purpose is to "Align the Misaligned". When the business systems aren't aligned, symptoms pile up and it becomes overwhelming. Emails, people problems, not executing, changing market conditions and a bank account that never seems to fill up the way you thought it would... All of that is just issues piling up - It can feel like drinking through a fire hose. When issues pile up, you feel like you can't gain traction and often feel like you're drowning. When you started your business (or, took over the business), you never thought it would be this hard.

At Evolve, we coach leaders to implement the Five Facets of Business™ to align the five major facets of their business - Culture, Strategy, Operations, Story, and Finance. When these systems are aligned, it gives leaders the time and energy they need to crush both short and long-term goals and reclaim their time.

Dave Newell

PRESIDENT & FOUNDER

Dave Newell is on a mission to "align the misaligned" - building a successful consulting business that applies the Five Facets of Business™ operating system. Dave serves as a fractional President and COO, consultant, and facilitator serving small businesses and start-up leaders to build out their c-suite leadership capabilities and provide the systems thinking and operating system needed to grow and scale a business.
Small businesses fail if the leaders fail. And, the failure rate for small business and start-ups is significant - 70% will fail in the first 5 years. Dave has advised over 150 businesses and more than 1000 leaders to grow, sustain, and scale their businesses. And he's just getting started.

Hannah Pniewski

General Manager

Hannah is a master at following-through, leading groups of people, and making sure all the details are in line. She has served as a General Manager in start-ups, a Producer on film sets, continues to pursue Acting (she's been in several films and shows!), and has a strong ability to connect with people from all walks of life. On our team, she supports clients through the development of systems and processes, coaching, and providing the glue for our office.
