The 5F Mastermind Includes:

This leadership assessment examines the five core leadership behaviors as outlined in the Five Facets of Business™ Leadership Framework. The assessment establishes a baseline from which to customize and design our conversations and team sessions.

The core of the program. Each month, community members (5-8 per group) gather to share challenges, identify opportunities, build relationships, and develop pathways to work through their biggest challenges. Stewarded by a 5F Mastermind Coach.

When you join a 5F community, you are granted access to our 5F Mastermind platform connecting you to other leaders. This opens a direct communication channel with community members, allows for sharing of resources, and encourages stewarded conversations.

As part of the group, you will have access to the Five Facets of Business™ tools and resources that you can share and leverage in your organization.

Coaching adds a more individualized experience while maintaining the relationships with the group. This is a space where you can directly address your particular challenges and opportunities with a 5F coach one-on-one.

Each month, the 5F team puts on workshops and trainings in areas specific to the Five Facets of Business™ tools and methods. These workshops can be attended live or can be viewed later as they are recorded and will be shared with Velocity-level participants in the 5F Community.
