We have served many small business owners in aligning their business strategy, however, our approach may not be suitable for everyone.
Here are some indicators that you might not be a good fit for our services:
Resistant to Change:
Our methods require a willingness to adopt new strategies and embrace change. If you are set in your ways and unwilling to adapt, our consulting services may not benefit you.
We work with leaders who are open to examining and altering their business practices to achieve better results. We work with leaders who lean forward, ready for impactful change that will help grow their business beyond their wildest dreams. We work with leaders who appreciate informed, fresh perspectives and respect a commitment to driving companies forward.
Short-Term Focus:
Our approach is designed for long-term, sustainable growth. If your primary goal is immediate, short-term gains without regard for long-term strategy and stability, you might not find our services aligning with your needs.
We believe in building solid foundations that support enduring success. Our process begins with a thorough discovery period where we gain actionable insights from the leaders and team members of the companies we work with. We then use the Five Facets of Business™ framework to holistically ‘right the ship’ so that the company can move forward smarter, stronger and ready for a long, successful future.
Lack of Commitment:
The changes and improvements we facilitate are not instantaneous. They require commitment and sustained effort from you and your team. If you are looking for a quick fix without putting in the necessary work and dedication, our consulting approach may not meet your expectations.
We work with clients to do their research and then commit to a well-laid, strategic plan. They believe in the future and will stop at nothing to see their dreams achieved. And when challenges arise that shift our focus or inform our direction, they commit to the redirection. They don’t give up in the face of adversity.
Avoiding Accountability:
Successful implementation of our strategies depends on accountability at all levels. If you are not prepared to take responsibility for your role in the process or to hold your team accountable, our methods may not be effective for you. We support and coach you, but your active participation is crucial.
Our clients hold themselves and their team members accountable to the commitments we set. And if accountability isn’t their strong suit, they put processes or key leaders with strong accountability in place to make sure that everyone fulfills their promises to the team.
Financial Constraints:
While we strive to offer valuable services at a range of price points, our consulting requires an investment in time and resources. If your budget does not allow for this investment, it may be challenging to fully benefit from what we offer. We recommend ensuring that you have the financial capacity to support the changes and improvements we will work on together.
By being transparent about who might not be a good fit for our services, we aim to ensure that our clients are well-prepared to embark on the journey of transformation with us.
