Regardless of their goal, whether it’s entering new markets, launching innovative products, or growing the team, our ideal client should have a roadmap for where they want to go. If their vision is unclear, it is because their strategy is unclear. And if the strategy is fuzzy, the day to day is spent wondering, “How do we decide what to focus on?” This leaves the rest of the team feeling confused and burnt out.
